China made 3CX15,000A7 is a cermet structure, a tantalum carbide tungsten cathode, and a high-magnification coefficient forced air-cooled triode. The maximum anode dissipation power is 15kW, the maximum power dissipation of the grid is 500w, and the maximum operating frequency is 110MHz. It is mainly used for zero-bias Class B RF amplifiers or Class C power amplifiers and oscillators. It can also be used as a grounded gate frequency modulation amplifier.
