China made 3CX20,000H3 is a cermet structure, tantalum carbide tungsten cathode, forced air cooling, medium amplification factor triode. The maximum anode dissipation power is 20kW and the maximum operating frequency is 110MHz. It is mainly used in industrial oscillators from low frequency to low VHF range, and can also be used in modulators or linear amplifiers for RF modulation stages in AM broadcasting.
